Motor Speech Conference

The lab will be presenting two posters related to our Speech-in-Masks studies this Saturday (February 19, 2022) at the Motor Speech Conference in Charleston, SC.

Gursharan Badh, second year graduate SLP student, will be presenting “The Impact of Face Masks on Spectral Acoustics of Speech: Effect of Clear and Loud Speech Styles”. See the poster below!

Thea will be presenting “Controlled effects of face masks and shields on spectral acoustics, speech intelligibility, and listening effort”.
